Dr. Larry Lezotte
Dr. Larry Lezotte is a nationally recognized speaker and author who has written widely on effective school improvement. Dr. Lezotte is part of the original team of effective schools researchers who identified the correlates, or characteristics, of effective schools where all students learn. Dr. Lezotte has partnered with Teachers Pal to develop EnvisiON, an inquiry-based monitoring tool. EnvisiON inspires early intervention and continuous improvement by providing schools and districts with pertinent, real-time data.

Teacher's Pal also utilized Dr, Lezotte's well-researched model for continuous school improvement in ElevatiON, a software product based on Dr. Lezotte's book Assembly Required . ElevatiON provides easy-to-use surveys and step-by-step processes helping schools to guide and align their continuous improvement efforts.
