The Teacher's Pal Certified Solution Provider (CSP) program is designed for third-party developers and resellers that want all the benefits of the AR program, plus the ability to add-value by integrating their own with Teacher's Pal products. As a Teacher's Pal CSP, your company integrates a product with Teacher's Pal solutions and uses Teacher's Pal penetration to increase your sales and market share. This is a great option for companies looking to become an integral part of a next-generation solution for schools and districts. A Teacher's Pal CSP must:

• Currently offer a compatible product that can be integrated to the iON platform
• Provide a schedule for integrating their product to the iON platform in a way that demonstrates significant added value
• Provide proof of membership in a national educational services association
• Possess a demonstrated commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, with references
• Complete and sign a CSP Program Agreement
• Complete authorization training program from Teacher's Pal including sales, train-the-trainer and support training.
• Implement a lead-generation plan for Teacher's Pal products, including development of materials to support sales of Teacher's Pal products.
• CSP will employ its sales team to offer each other's products as part of the sales process, and as needed arrange for joint sales calls.
• Product volume commitments and discounts apply.
• CSP will be able to resell or offer Teacher's Pal products AND services to its clients.
• Teacher's Pal will be authorized to resell and offer CSP products and services.
